TUESDAY TIDINGS for December 10, 2024

TUESDAY TIDINGS

Dear First United Methodist Church,

As we continue our journey through the season of Advent, I want to take a moment to thank everyone who made last Sunday’s Christmas Music Sunday so special. What a joy it was to come together and celebrate the hope and anticipation of Christ’s coming through the gift of music!

From the talented musicians and choir members to the dedicated volunteers who worked behind the scenes, your efforts created a beautiful worship experience. The music reminded us of the promise of Emmanuel—God with us—and filled our hearts with the joy and peace of this holy season.

Thank you for sharing your time, talents, and passion to make this service a meaningful part of our Advent celebration. Let us continue to prepare our hearts and minds for the coming of Christ as we journey together toward the manger in Bethlehem.

Grace and Peace,
Pastor David
